The activation of the heart chakra is an essential ingredient to manifest the emotions and thoughts connected with all of the beautiful qualities of the heart. These attributes include empathy, affectivity, forgiveness, self- acceptance, compassion, altruism and love.

This workshop examines the significance of the opening of anahata – the heart chakra. Participants will enjoy a day of discourses, poetry, readings, yoga and meditation all immersed in the beauty and wonder of the heart.
